  • Consignment account 'settle-up' on the spot

  • Updates that specific items have sold

PRICING:

  • Items sell quickest and closest to the market price when the seller authorizes Water Stone Outdoors to price their items (it’s also easier)! However, if a seller feels strongly about pricing their items:

  • The seller may note conservative price minimums for items, to be reviewed by the consignment manager. If such prices are deemed too high, the seller will be contacted and must pick up their items in no less than two weeks.

  • Even if price minimums are set: after 1 month, items may be discounted up to 25% off. After 2 months, items may be discounted up to 50% off. After 3 months, items may be discounted up to 75% off. After 6 months, the item must be picked up or donated.

  • Due to the high volume of items, Water Stone Outdoors is not able to notify sellers when items are discounted or donated.  If you do not want your items to be discounted or donated, we suggest you set a calendar reminder to pick them up.

  • ALL ITEMS ARE PRICED AS IS. WE WILL NOT CLEAN YOUR ITEMS FOR YOU.

  • WSO reserves the right to update its pricing policies and payout percentages at any time.

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:

  • Items must be in good condition and functioning properly (working zippers, no dog hair, clean and no holes or tears).

  • ITEMS MUST BE RECENTLY WASHED AND MUST SMELL AND LOOK CLEAN!

  • If we cannot accept an item that has been dropped off, the consignor can either donate it or else must pick it up in no less than two weeks.

  • In-season items only.  Fall/Winter September-February;  Spring/Summer March-August.

  • Items can have brand names on them but not business or event names.

  • WSO and its employees have the right to refuse items for any reason.

  • Please put all items in a bag (ask employee for one if needed) with a hang tag including: date, first and last name.

FAQS:

  • As sales volume has increased and we have worked to update and streamline our systems, our labor costs have increased. We want to pay our staff what they deserve for the hard work they contribute to keeping the consignment program running smoothly.

  • We try our best to welcome all items, but we have space and labor constraints. We choose to prioritize high quality, in-demand, and in-season items.

  • We mark down items across our regular inventory and consignment inventory in an effort to promote sales. We give items ample time to sell at full price, and then adjust.

  • Our space constraints and steady flow of new items demand that we cycle through inventory that has not sold. The Vendor Registration form asks all vendors to acknowledge that WATERSTONE reserves the right to donate items that have not sold in six months time. Consignors are always welcome to retrieve items before they are donated, We suggest you set a calendar reminder.

  • No, due to how we pay our consignors, we are unable to accept consignment returns. All consignment items are final sale. Additionally, consignment items may not be put on hold.
