Mountain Top Removal Permit Appeal Signing Party TONIGHT at DiOGi’s

By: 0 Comments

We need concerned Fayette County residents to sign onto an appeal of the surface mine permit that the DEP granted last month to Frasure Creek mining. This permit (Open Fork No. 2) would come within 1/3rd a mile of Rt 61, and less than half a mile from the well-heads of the Page-Kincaid PSD. This is a threat to water users throughout Fayette County, and to the future environment and economy of our community.

We want to get as many appellants signed onto this appeal as possible. It’s important to show the DEP that the community cares about this. And all we need is your signature!

Come out tonight to DIOGIs in Fayetteville for an Appeal Signing Party!

We’ll be there collecting signatures, eating burritos and drinking root beer starting at 5pm.

Give a call (304-360-2110) if you need directions of want more info.

We have to submit this tomorrow morning so we need your signature today!
